Oriel Canfas Gallery and Old Library Artists Ltd (OLA Ltd) was established in 1998 with the support of the Arts Council of Wales Lottery Fund. The gallery is run by OLA Ltd, an artists' co-operative whose aim is to provide secure, affordable studios and high quality exhibition space. Oriel Canfas represents the work of a diverse range of contemporary visual art in Wales. We are a member of Collector Plan run by the Arts Council of Wales.

The building is set amongst terraced housing in the heart of the Canton area of Cardiff. It accommodates ten artists' studios, a workshop area and the gallery itself. Oriel Canfas hosts ten exhibitions per year by artists drawn from Wales and beyond. All exhibitors are nominated by our membership and exhibitions include painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, photo-visual works, light installations and more.
